The Lord Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury have had before them your letter dated 15th inst. inclosing Despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong dated 14 October, with Reports & Estimates, No. 4 to 17 of the various Public Works in Hong Kong provided for in the Estimates for the Current year, and I am to request that you will convey to the Duke of Buckingham & Chandos their approval of those Estimates as per CO 1227/67.
The Reports & Estimates are returned herewith as requested
